Return and Refund

At Sitellite, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
    • You received the wrong item or size.
    • The product is missing parts or accessories.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Please note: Certain products such as personal care items, hygiene products, or perishables may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.


2. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request – Contact us at singhjaskaran4927@gmail.com or through the Contact Us page with your order ID, reason for return, and a photo of the product (if applicable).
  2. Pickup/Drop – Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address within 2–4 business days.
  3. Quality Check – After the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quick quality inspection.
  4. Approval – Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed immediately.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, you can exchange your product instead of requesting a refund — subject to stock availability.
You’ll be notified once your replacement item has been shipped.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Customized, perishable, or hygiene-related products.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos as proof.
Our support team will ensure a quick replacement or full refund after verification.
