Cancellation Policy

At Sitellite, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order β€” and that’s completely okay!
Our Cancellation Policy is designed to make the process simple, quick, and transparent for all our customers.


πŸ•’ 1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • You can cancel your order by:
    • Logging into your Sitellite account β†’ My Orders β†’ Cancel Order, or
    • Contacting our support team at singhjaskaran4927@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS notification.

Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


πŸ“¦ 2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
  • However, you can still:
    • Refuse delivery when the package arrives, or
    • Request a return after receiving the product (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
  • In such cases, refunds will be issued after the product is returned and passes a quick quality check at our warehouse.

πŸ’³ 3. Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to your original payment source (UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed through bank transfer or Sitellite Wallet credit within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
  • In rare cases, refund processing may take slightly longer due to bank delays or public holidays.

🚫 4. Automatic Cancellations

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • The item goes out of stock before dispatch.
  • The payment was unsuccessful or incomplete.
  • The address or contact details are invalid or unserviceable.
  • The order was flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, you’ll be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued (if applicable).


πŸ” 5. Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items, you can request cancellation for specific products only β€” as long as those items have not yet been shipped.
Refunds will be issued accordingly for the cancelled items.
